Product Warranty Coverage

We provide warranty coverage for all our e-scooters, electric bikes, and accessories. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures your product performs as expected.

Warranty Period

• E-Scooters: 12 months from purchase date
• Electric Bikes: 12 months from purchase date
• Batteries: 6 months from purchase date
• Accessories/Parts: 3 months from purchase date

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Electrical component failures
• Motor malfunctions
• Frame defects

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse or accidents
• Water damage
• Modifications or unauthorized repairs

Optional Protection Plans

On scooter product pages you can add a 24-month warranty extension and an optional Accident Protection plan, which covers repairs of accidental damage that the standard warranty does not cover.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is given in addition to your statutory rights. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have legal rights for goods that are faulty or not as described – in the EU the seller's legal guarantee lasts at least two years from delivery.
